assets by auction across a broad spectrum of industries

The majority of auctions are held on site with most
machines being available for inspection under power.
In addition, SHM has its own extensive warehousing
and sales facilities to which individual assets or whole
facilities can be assigned for inclusion in regular
sales, or collected utilising our own transport facilities.

Private Treaty and Negotiated Sale
Auction may not be the most suitable method of sale,
for example, where a plant presents difficulties in
sale by way of its size, or the practicalities or removal.
Where a sale is likely to take a long period, SHM
can act as private treaty agents in order to effect
a negotiated sale, utilising our extensive industry
contacts and research.
SHM aims to provide a turnkey package to clients
to ensure that all aspects of a plant closure and clearance
are managed in a professional and cost effective manner.

and enviable reputation in successfully negotiating
the sale of large plants internationally, utilising
a range of marketing techniques including the targeting
